Coaching Agreement

Scope of Service

The Ascent Method provides personal and professional development coaching. Coaching is a partnership that supports the client in achieving their goals; it is not legal, financial, or medical advice.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All materials, methodologies, and content provided by The ASCENT Method are the exclusive intellectual property of the coach and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for your personal/internal business growth only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials with any third party without express written permission. Furthermore, recording of coaching sessions—whether audio or video—is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the coach. Any unauthorized recording or distribution of materials will result in immediate termination of this agreement and may lead to legal action to protect our intellectual property.

Your Commitment

At The ASCENT Method, Our coaching packages are a commitment to your transformation. By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to these terms:

  • Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or 'no-shows' will result in the forfeiture of that session.

  • Refunds: If a client chooses to terminate their coaching agreement before the package is complete, they are eligible for a refund of the unused sessions, minus a 15% administrative processing fee and any non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment processor.

  • Postponement: Clients may pause their coaching for up to 30 days. If coaching is not resumed after 30 days, the package will be deemed terminated and the remaining sessions will be forfeited.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the coaching agreement at our discretion if it is determined that the coaching relationship is no longer productive or if the client’s behavior is inconsistent with our professional standards. In such cases, a prorated refund for unused sessions will be provided.

  • Utilization: All coaching packages must be utilized within 6 months of the date of purchase. Any sessions not scheduled and completed within this timeframe will be considered forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

The Ascent Method is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from coaching sessions. The client is responsible for their own choices, actions, and results.

Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in Cobb County, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

Acceptance

By booking a session or purchasing a coaching package via this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Coaching Agreement.
